Service Description

This 6 week, 2 hour, mentorship program, focuses on individuals wanting to pursue a career in acting. Participants will get a step by step breakdown of what it takes to get started in the industry including the personal administrative side of being an actor. Such as purchasing headshots, searching for an acting coach, finding the right agent and agency. Also building and maintaining a paper and visual resume (also known as a demo reel) through tracking jobs landed, money made, agent commissions, contracts, taxes and the overall cost of getting started. Mentees will gain simple tools and exercises meant to enhance their knowledge and confidence needed to land an audition and an agent. There will be further opportunities of taking part in Coach Zaahira’s Beginner Acting Workshop and future film projects, to gain basic acting experience necessary to land an agent and build your resume.
